Facts of the case | The applicants submit that the deprivation of their nationality constitutes an unjustified interference with their right to respect for their private life, as guaranteed by Article 8 of the Convention. The applicant considers that the impugned measure also interfered with her family life. The applicant further complains, under Article 6 § 1, that the decision was taken beyond a reasonable time, and under Article 7 of the Convention that the measure lacked a legal basis.
