The applicant has not demonstrated that his letter has indeed been forwarded, but even if this had been the case, the forwarding of a letter is not a matter that is covered by the material scope of Article 8 ECHR. The dismissal from office and several claims made by the applicant in relation to that affair are rejected ratione materiae by the Commission. This is interesting, because in later jurisprudence, the Court has held that a judge being dismissed from office can amount to an interference with Article 8 ECHR.
